The Alcatraz Ferry operates year round. Reservations are limited to 8 tickets and are available for purchase for the next 60 days. If you book 60 or more days in advance we will process your Wharf Pass reservation now and hold and book the Alcatraz ferry as the dates are released to the public. The Alcatraz Ferry departs from PIER 33

INSTRUCTIONS: We will book your Alcatraz ticket for you upon receipt of your Combination Wharf Pass order. You will receive two travel vouchers and two separate credit card charges.

ALL ALCATRAZ SALES ARE FINAL The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

Holiday Closure Notice:

November 17, 2008: The Carousel at Pier 39 is being upgraded and should be operational in two /three weeks. Estimated reopening December 10th. The Boudin Museum is closed for tours during the Holiday party season through December 31st. Please exchange your Option 3 Wharf Pass ticket for a freshly baked loaf of Boudin Sourdough bread at the guest desk in the lobby.

Our apologies for these 2 temporary changes to the Wharf Pass.

            

COMBO Part 1: Alcatraz Departure Times and Ticket Information:

The Reservation for the Alcatraz portion of your combination order depends on the availability for Alcatraz ferry tickets. We generaly book the morning or mid-afternon Alcatraz ferry departures when available.

If Alcatraz is sold out for the date requested you will not recieve Alcatraz tickets and will not be charged for that portion of the Combination order. If your Credit Card is declined by the Alcatraz Cruises order system you will not recieve Alcatraz Tickets.

Average time spent on Alcatraz is 1 1/2 - 3 hours.  May 12 - October 26 – 2008 Alcatraz Scheduled Departures: 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:35 PM, 1:10 PM, 1:45 PM, 2:20 PM, 2:50 PM, 3:20 PM, 3:55 PM Last Return Ferry is 6:15 PM. Closed: December 25 and January 1. Schedule subject to change without notice.

Confirmed Alcatraz ticket reservations will be sent to you in a seperate email. The fees for Alcatraz Ferry are not included in the charges for the WharfPass. You have booked 2 seperate reservations and will recieve 2 confirmations and 2 seperate credit card charges. Each part of the order is confirmed as tickets become available. Alcatraz Tickets are only available for booking for the next 90 days. There will be delays for the Alcatraz part of the orders that are booked 90 days or more in advance.

COMBO Part 2: Wharf Pass Ticket Info and Instructions:

Redeem your Wharf Pass Print at home voucher at the ticket office of any of the attractions and receive a San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass ticket book(s).

Your San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass is valid for two days beginning the first day you use it. The San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass must be presented for admission at each attraction and tickets may not be removed from the book prior to admission. Tickets are good for general admission during normal operating hours. San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Tickets that have been removed from Wharf Pass book prior to admission are void. Tickets are good for 1 admission during normal operating hours. Hours are listed on back of each ticket and are subject to change. Wharf Pass is good for 2 days from 1st day of use. All information is current at time of printing but is subject to change. Please call attractions to confirm operating hours and dates.

Payment: Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Vouchers For every confirmed booking you will receive 2 e-mails with your E-Ticket Vouchers - when both parts of your combo Wharf Pass / Alcatraz Ferry booking are confirmed. Please present the 1st E-Ticket voucher for your Wharf Pass. The 2nd email will be your reservation and receipt for the Alcatraz ferry.

Alcatraz Tickets are held at Pre-Paid Will Call:

Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held at the Alcatraz Cruises Dock at PIER 33.
When you present your Alcatraz Voucher, picture ID and credit card used on the reservation transaction the boarding tickets are printed. Be sure to show up 30 to 45 minutes before your Alcatraz cruise! Tickets may not be picked up prior to the tour date.

This combination package must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your two confirmations for these 2 separate activities will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability.

WharfPass child age is 5-11. Children ages 3-4 will be required to pay Child Admission at the Aquarium of the Bay, USS Pampanito and Turbo Ride. Children 1-4 will be required to pay admission at the San Francisco Carousel. Children 5-11 are free at the Boudin Museum.
